BREWERS HALL
Scope:
The project spanned the basement to the 5th floor, with the ground and first floors transformed into a historical venue for The Worshipful Company of Brewers. Upper floors provide high-spec CAT A office space, while the basement houses staff bedrooms, facilities, and storage.
Our £300K, nine-month package included partitions, ceilings, boarding to the timber frame and mansard, and feature fibrous and acoustic plaster ceilings. We also delivered full plastering throughout and installed the Promat Supalux system to fire-rate floors where access was restricted.
