The Clarendon Road residents’ facility in Wood Green provides an impressive range of amenities, including a 16m swimming pool, spa, sauna, treatment rooms, gym with cardio and free weights, flexible workspaces, and a welcoming lounge lobby. Spanning 12,000 sq ft, this state-of-the-art hub sets a new standard for residential living and was delivered for Berkeley Group Plc.

Our work included full drylining and ceiling packages throughout, with detailed coffered ceilings in the lounge, pool, and changing areas. We also installed high-performance acoustic ceilings in the gym using Mason UK hangers to minimise sound transfer, feature mesh ceilings by Amaron, and Knauf Heraklith ceilings in the yoga studios to create a bright, spacious atmosphere.
