CITY POINT

Scope:

This project comprised of a CAT A office fit-out across the Basement, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th floor of the 127m CityPoint skyscraper. The dry lining aspect of the project boasts suspended ceiling MF margins around the external facades including three atriums. Numerous toilet blocks on each floor had to be stripped out and dry lined with shadow gaps to the door frames, plastered in grilles and a shaftwall riser to accommodate all of the new services. The basement was the only area which varied from the office fit-out scope, the area was dry lined with showers, kitchen and canteen spaces for all of the staff who keep the building running.

Other areas of the project boast bespoke accessible ceilings from Amron Architection, a black mesh tile was specified by the client to match the industrial design of the building.

The two lift lobbies on each floor had polished plaster applied to the walls, inviting the guests and office workers into the workspace from the lifts.

Internal Linings also went above and beyond to provide the supply and fix of the skirting to all of the office area across the four floors.
